– Cairo Criminal Court renewed, yesterday evening, the detention of Ali Rashad Refaai for 45 days pending case No. 441 of 2018 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court renewed, yesterday evening, the precautionary measures against Asmaa Abdel-Hamid and Youssef Ria’o for 45 days pending case No. 718 of 2018 Supreme tate Security.  

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 213 defendants in the case known in the media as “Ansar Beit Al-Maqdes” or “Jerusalem Supporters” for the August 17 hearing.

– The Military Court adjourned the trial of 271 defendants in the case known in the media as “Hasm & Lewaa El-Thawra Movement” for the August 21 hearing.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution has considered the detention renewal session of Rania Al-Gewili pending case No. 741 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far. 

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution has considered the detention renewal session of student Ahmed Eid pending case No. 488 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.

– Cairo Criminal Court has considered the appeal submitted by the State Security Prosecution against replacing the pretrial detention of journalist Aya Hamid with a probation order pending case No. 533 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
