Issued decisions: 

– The Court of Cassation adjourned, yesterday evening, the sentencing hearing in the case of placing the Strong Egypt party head Abdel Moneim Abo El-Fetouh in the terrorist entities list for the first of February hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the trial of photojournalist Aliaa Awwad and 214 others in the case known in the media as “Helwan Brigades” for January 13 hearing; after Aliaa fainted inside the defendants’ cage, and accordingly the court ordered to transfer her to the prison’s hospital.

– The Supreme Administrative Court has turned down the appeal submitted by Tawfik Okasha against closing down “Al-Faraa’ein” satellite channel.

– The Supreme Administrative Court has turned down the appeal submitted by Ayman Nour against blocking “Al-Shark” TV channel’s website in Egypt.

– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the trial of 34 defendants in the case known in the media as “The raid on Al-Tebbein Police Station” for December 24 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the trial of 8 defendants in the case known in the media as “Al-Shohadaa Square violence incidents” for the hearing of 10 February 2020.

– The State Security Prosecution is considering the detention renewal of journalists Khaled Daoud, Hossam al-Sayyad, Mohamed Salah, Esraa Abdel-Fattah and Solafa Magdy pending case No.488 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
