1- Banha Criminal Court ordered the detention renewal of writer Mahmoud Imam for 45 days pending case No. 1959 of 2018 Khosos Administrative, in which he is accused of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and spreading rumors and false news.
2- Today, Giza Criminal Court, convened at the Police Cadets Institute in Tora, acquitted a defendant in his retrial procedures into the case known in the media as “Media Production City Violence Incidents”.
3- The Court of Urgent Matters adjourned the appeals submitted by companies and members affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood group, challenging the decision to seize and confiscate their funds, for the 15 October hearing.
4- Giza Criminal Court, convened at the Police Cadets Institute in Tora, sentenced 2 defendants to three years in prison in their retrial procedures into the case known as “Al-Nozha violence incidents, which took place in December 2013.
5- The Military Court, convened at the Police Cadets Institute in Tora, adjourned the trial of 304 defendants accused of attempting to assassinate the Assistant Public Prosecutor, for the October 15 hearing to proceed with the defense team’s pleading.
6- Misdemeanor Court of Finance and Commercial Affairs, held at the Fifth Settlement court complex, adjourned the trial of ex-footballer Mohamed Abou Trika on a charge of tax evasion of LE 710,000, for the October 29 hearing, for review.
7- The Supreme State Security Prosecution ruled to the extend the detention of Hazem Abdel-Azim for 15 days pending case No. 734 of 2018 State Security, and to urgently combine his own medical reports.
