Issued decisions:

• Port Said Criminal Court adjourned the retrial of Mohamed Badie and 46 others accused in the case known in the media as “Al-Arab Police Station incidents” for February 27, to hear the defense’s pleadings.

• The Court of Administrative Justice adjourned the lawsuit filed by lawyer Samir Sabry demanding from the government to issue a decision designating “Hamas Movement” as a terrorist organization for the hearing of 11 April.
