Issued decisions 

-Cairo Criminal (Terrorism) Court renewed the detention of researcher Ayman Abdel-Moatoi, human rights lawyer Sayed al-Banna and Dr. Walid Shawky pending the Case No. 621 of 2018 State Security.

-The Supreme State Security Prosecution ordered the release of 91 new defendants in the Case No. 1413 of 2019, known in the media as “September 20 Protests incidents”.

-Cairo Criminal Court renewed yesterday the detention of activist Israa Abdel-Fattah for 45 days pending the Case No. 488 of 2019 State Security.

-Cairo Criminal Court ordered the release of Moaaz El-Sharkawy with precautionary measures pending the Case No. 440 of 2018 State Security. The State Security Prosecution hasn’t appealed against the decision.

-The State Security Prosecution is considering the detention renewal of Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed pending the Case No. 770 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision yet.

-The State Security Prosecution is considering the detention renewal of Ibrahim Ahmed Ibrahim pending the Case No. 1530 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision yet.
