Issued decisions:-

– Yesterday, Cairo Criminal Court renewed the detention of activist and blogger Wael Abbas for 45 days pending case No. 441 of 2018 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 13 defendants in the case popularly known as “Guidance Office incidents” for tomorrow’s hearing.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of Drs Raed Salama, Yehia Qazaz and Abdel Fattah al-Banna along with activist Sameh Seoudi for 15 days pending case No. 1305 of 2018 State Security.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of journalist Adel Sabry for 15 days pending case No. 441 of 2018 State Security.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of journalist Mohamed Ahmed Ibrahim for 15 days pending case No. 205 of 2015 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of 40 defendants in the case popularly known as “Fatah Mosque incidents” for the November 14 hearing.
