Issued decisions:

-Cairo Criminal Court adjourned, yesterday evening, the trial of 28 defendants in the case known as “storming the Egyptian prisons” for the November 7 hearing.

– Basateen and Dar El-Salam Appellate Court, convened at the counseling chamber, ordered the release of economic expert Abdel Khaleq Farouk and Ibrahim al-Khatib ensuring their place of residence into case No. 343 of 2018 South Cairo.

-Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedure of 8 defendants in the court known as “Nasr City incidents” case for the November 11 hearing.

– The State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of Dr. Walid Shawky for 15 days pending investigations into case No. 621 of 2018 State Security.

–  The State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of photojournalist Zeinab Abu Ouna for 15 days investigations into case No. 441 of 2018 State Security.

– The Military Court is presiding over the trial of 304 defendants in the case known in the media as the “Assistant Public Prosecutor assassination attempt”, and hasn’t reached a decision yet.
