Issued decisions

– Journalist Haytham Hassan has appeared before the State Security Prosecution to be interrogated over the Case No. 586 of 2020 on charges of joining, financing and abetting a terrorist group, and spreading false news and statements. The Prosecution then ruled to hold him in pretrial detention for 15 days.

Decisions not issued: 

– Azbakyia Prosecution has considered the detention of Moa’men Ahmed pending the Case No. 1091 of 2002, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
