– Cairo Criminal Court’s 5th  Terrorism Circuit sentenced two defendants to 10 years in high-security prison into their retrial in the case known in the media as “Mataryia violence incidents”.

– Cairo Criminal Court’s 5th Terrorism Circuit adjourned the trial of 9 defendants in the case known in the media as “Isis- 1st Settlement” for the hearing of 6 February, 2021.

– Cairo Court of Urgent Matters adjourned the lawsuit filed by the head of the Inventory, Seizure and Management Committee of Muslim Brotherhood Funds demanding the seizure of the funds of 89 leading members of the terrorist MB group for the hearing of 17 January 2021.

Decisions not issued

– Cairo Criminal Court’s 1st circuit is considering the trial of 215 defendants in the case known in the media as “Helwan Brigades”, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
