Issued decisions:
– The 5th Terrorism Circuit decided to refer the papers of Bahaa Keshk and two other defendants to the Grand Mufti in connection with the case known in the media as “Leading Al-Murabetein terrorist group”, and set the case for adjudication at the hearing of 25 October 2021.
– The 5th Terrorism Circuit sentenced a defendant, who works as a technician in mobile phones industry, to life imprisonment on a charge of joining a terrorist group.
– The 1st Terrorism Circuit adjourned the trial of 12 defendants in the case known in the media as “Hesham Ashmawi Cell” for the hearing of 17 August.
