Issued decisions:-

– The Court of Cassation upheld the high-security prison sentences and surveillance issued against Sayed Moshagheb, Mostafa Tolba and 5 others, while annulled the fines handed down against them in the “Air Defense Stadium incidents” case.

– State Security Prosecution decided, yesterday evening, to detain lawyer Hoda Abdel-Monam, Aaisha Khairat al-Shater and 4 others for 15 days pending investigations into case No. 1552 of 2018 State Security.

– Banha Criminal Court renewed the detention of writer Mahmoud Imam for 45 days pending case No. 1959 of 2018 Al-Khosos Administrative.

– Cairo Criminal Court sentenced one defendant to three years in prison and surveillance for the same period in the “Azhar University incidents” case.

– Cairo Criminal Court set the trial of 30 defendants in the case publicly known as “Al-Mataryia violence incidents” -took place on 25 January 2015- for adjudication at the December 26 hearing.

– The Court of Administrative Justice adjourned the lawsuit demanding the ban of “Bread and Freedom Party” activities for the December 6 hearing.
