– The 5^th Terrorism Circuit convened at Tora Court Complex adjourned the trial of 103 defendants, including 40 children, involved in the case known in the media as “Al-Joker”, for the hearing of 28 September for the witness’ testimony.

– The 7th Civil Circuit at the Court of Appeal adjourned the trial of lawyer Zyiad El-Eliemy, journalist Hisham Fouad and 4 others for the hearing of 26 October for the in-person attendance of Fouad and El-Eliemy after bringing them from their jail.

Decisions not issued

– Cairo Criminal Court, convened at the Fifth Settlement today, had cnsidered the trial of Souad El-Khouly, the former deputy governor of Alexandria, on a charge of illegal gain of 900,000 EGP.
