– The fifth terrorism circuit, convened at the Police Cadets Institute in Tora, adjourned the trial of 3 defendants, including a fugitive, in the case known in the media as “Al-Waili terrorist cell” for the December 14 session for the defense pleading.

– The first terrorism circuit, convened at the Police Cadets Institute in Tora, adjourned the trial of 12 defendants in the case known in the media as “Hisham Ashmawi cell” for the November 16 session to continue the defense pleading.

Decisions not issued

–  The fourth terrorism circuit of Cairo Criminal Court, convened at the Police Cadets Institute, has considered the detention renewal of 176 defendants in the following cases: No 1018 of 2020, 1058 of 2020, 1116 of 2020, 1196 of 2020, 26 of 2021, which involves journalist Hussein Ali Ahmed, No 563 of 2020, 566 of 2020, 955 of 2020, which includes photojournalist Hamdi Mukhtar Ali, No 575 of 2020 Supreme State Security.

– The Zagazig Criminal Court has considered the detention of the Quranic teacher Reda Abdel-Rahman, in Case No. 3418 of 2020 Kafr Saqr State Security Misdemeanor.
