– The Court of Cassation rejected the appeals submitted by 7 defendants challenging the 15-year prison sentences issued against them in “Aswan Security Directorate violence incidents”. The court, on the other hand, accepted the appeals of 51 defendants ordering their acquittal over the same case.

– The Court of Cassation upheld the decision issued against 161 defendants (to place them on terrorist entities lists) in the case known as “harming the national economy”.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the sentencing hearing in the retrial procedures of one defendant in the case publicly known as “Al-Itihadyia incidents” for the 23 December hearing.

– The military court adjourned the trial of 304 defendants in the case publicly known as “The Assistant Public Prosecutor assassination attempt” for the December 3 hearing.
