– Cairo Criminal Court is now considering the retrial hearing of 33 defendants in the case known in media as “Al-Fath” Mosque, and hasn’t made its decision yet.
Issued decision
– Yesterday (Saturday), Qasr al-Nil Misdemeanor Court adjourned the case No. 1088 of 2018 Qasr al-Nil Misdemeanor, in which Shady Hussein Abu Zeid is accused of insulting and offending police personnel, to the hearing of 8 September to check documents and memos.
– The Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of Dr. Gamal Abdel-Fattah for 15 days pending investigations in the case No. 482 of 2018 State Security.
– State Security Prosecution ordered the imprisonment renewal of activist Amal Fathi and Shadi Hussein Abu Zeid, the former correspondent of “Abla Fahita” TV show, pending investigations in the case No. 621 of 2018 State Security.
– State Security Prosecution decided also to extend the incarceration of Adel Saby, “Masr Al-Arabyia” news website’s chief editor, for 15 days pending investigations in case No. 441 of 2018 State Security.
