Issued decisions  

– Giza Criminal Court adjourned, yesterday evening, the retrial procedures of two defendants in the case publicly known as “Qasr al-Nil region incidents” for the April 13 hearing for the defense’s presence.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned, yesterday evening, the trial of 213 defendants in the case publicly known as “Beital-Maqdes (Jerusalem) Organization” for the March 23 hearing to continue hearing witnesses.

– Cairo Criminal Court ordered the acquittal of 4 defendants in the case publicly known as “Haram’s KFC Terrorism”.

– The Court of Cassation adjourned the appeal filed by 12 defendants in the case publicly known as “Damietta Cell” for the April 7 hearing to continue pleading the case.

– Giza Criminal Court set the retrial procedures of one defendant in the case publicly known as “Al-Zawyia El-Hamra incidents” for adjudication at the April 20 hearing.

– The State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of Karim Zidan and Mahmoud Mahrous for 15 days pending investigations into case No. 1739 of 2018 State Security.

– The Military Court is presiding over the trial of 304 defendants in the case publicly known as “The Assistant Public Prosecutor Assassination Attempt”, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
