Issued decisions:-

– The Military Court adjourned the trial of 555 defendants in the case known in the media as “Sinai Province 4” due to the defendants’ absence.

– Cairo Criminal Court ordered the acquittal of one defendant into his retrial procedures in the case known in the media as “harming the national economy”.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the precautionary measures against Mohamed Shaban pending case No. 585 of 2018 State Security for the 3rd of June hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court decided to renew the detention of Mohamed Mahmoud Ezzat for 45 days in the absence of the defendant who didn’t arrive to the courthouse from his jail pending case No.441 of 2018 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of 23 defendants in the case known in the media as “Spying for Hamas” for the 29 June hearing.

– Defendants in Case No. 488 of 2019 could not be transferred to the State Security Prosecution to consider their detention renewal.
